Blog launched

Hello, and welcome. I've just launched this blog.

I wanted a place to keep notes on the code I write, in my own words, so I built one from scratch with Next.js and MySQL. I'll be posting technical notes and records of things I've built whenever the mood strikes.

About this blog

• Posts are written in Markdown
• Code blocks come with syntax highlighting
• Tables of contents are generated automatically from headings
• Posts can be organized with tags and series
• Available in 10 languages, including this one
• Dark mode is supported (toggle it from the button in the top right)

Code block example

A code block with a filename looks like this.

export function hello(name: string): string {
  return `Hello, ${name}!`;
}

A shell command example:

npm install
npm run build

Inline code renders like const x = 1.

Tables and quotes

This is less of a blog and more of a personal technical notebook.
